Faith is a strategic recruiting partner with over 25 years of diverse business experience, blending nearly 15 years in executive recruitment with a robust background in corporate sales leadership. She specializes in recruiting mid-level to executive leadership roles, including the full C-suite, leveraging her expertise to develop high-impact talent acquisition strategies. Having partnered with startups, middle-market firms, global enterprises, and private equity-backed companies, Faith brings a broad perspective that allows her to tailor her approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

Motivated by her mission to enhance value in recruiting and address the complexities of talent acquisition, Faith founded VentureNext to offer more effective, hands-on partnerships for both clients and candidates. She engages thoroughly with all parties, asking insightful questions and developing effective strategies that yield exceptional results.
Outside of work, Faith enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending quality time with her husband and three children.

Alice brings a unique blend of business insight, legal expertise, and recruiting acumen to her leadership role at VentureNext. As Director, Talent Acquisition & Operations, she plays a key role in shaping recruiting strategy and driving operational excellence—ensuring seamless execution, high-quality delivery, and a strong client experience.

She began her career as an attorney working at leading law and investment management firms, advising on complex legal and business matters. She later transitioned into the talent space, first at Noble Insights, where she connected investment management firms with consulting experts, and then joined Arete Consultants, where she was a legal recruiter for top law firms with strategic hiring needs.

At VentureNext, Alice draws on this diverse background to lead both search execution and operational initiatives. With a deep understanding of the professional services landscape, she helps organizations build high-performing teams and supports professionals in finding roles where they can thrive and make an impact.

In her free time, Alice enjoys traveling, watching old movies, and spending quality time with her family—especially her golden retriever.
